Deanna + Jacob - Couple Adventure Photo Session - Auckland

Ahh, where to start with these two people! I've had the pleasure of meeting Deanna and Jacob a couple of years ago, and I consider them to be some of my best friends. This adventure photography session wasn't anything we planned. It was actually a bit of a surprise to this lovely couple.

It was a day intended to just be myself, Ryan and Deanna & Jacob, casually hanging out and going for a walk in the Waitakeres. However, upon picking Jacob and Deanna to begin our hangout, I sprang the idea upon them: "How about we go for an adventure couple shoot" shockingly enough, they were in!

We made our way out to the start of a track called the Te Hanga Walkway, with just enough time to potentially make it out to the coast to catch the sunset. We hurried our way there, taking in all the beautiful orange hues that started coming from the horizon. I'm not sure if you have ever seen a sunset on the west coast of New Zealand, but it is certainly something to check off your bucket list.

This, was definitely a special shoot, and these pictures are some of my favourite. Goes to show you some of the most magical moments come when you don't make any plans.
